Welcome to our introductory routine and collection of movements we start almost all students with that train live in The Golf Farm. It’s a great introduction into a number of different Golf Farm fundamentals of how the body moves along with the hands, arms and club. It’s designed to establish the foundation of movements and principles that you will build the rest of the program’s training from.
