AVOIDING THE THRUST

(5:34) If you thin or even top the ball, there is a good chance you might be lifting your head coming into impact. This is a common fault but the cause is not always as clear. If you’re lifting your head and having trouble making solid contact or even hitting the ground and taking a divot, you could be losing your spine angle. If you lose your spine angle and thrust your pelvis toward the ball before impact, it will be hard to make consistently solid impact.
