This is a quick and action packed training routine that incorporates six (6) different movements. Airplane arms is a great way to move your body extremely effectively without a club or any equipment. Combine proper body movement with proper club shaft movement and you can be guaranteed to move your club on plane all throughout your swing. This is a great way to start controlling the start lines of your shots, club path through impact and eliminating curve from your ball.
