This training is a great combination of body and club angles and alignments. Mastering the tilts and movements of the body can really help to move the club on plane with a square club path through impact. Split grip moves are also a great way to make sure the club moves on plane throughout your swing. Details of the hands and wrists compliment these movements to start giving you the feel of a square club face and club shaft that’s perfectly on plane, all throughout the swing.
