To celebrate the NCAA’s rule change on athletes being able to benefit from their image and likeness, we are able to share a training with you with one of our current student athletes! Craig Ronne, from the University of Oregon, joins us for a fast moving and fun filled training of 9 movements in less than 16 minutes! Enjoy building different feels into your body and then adding some details of how the club works through out different parts of your swing in this well-rounded and complete training experience.
