This is a great combination of body and swing plane work. Engage the hips with proper tilts and alignments throughout your backswing, downswing and to your finish. After that, literally perfect the swing plane of your takeaway, backswing, downswing and follow through by tracing the swing plane line. You will finish the training moving the club perfectly on plane with a thorough understanding of how your hips properly support the entire motion. This is a well-rounded training helping all parts of your body, club and swing. Enjoy!
