In this training we focus on the movement and alignments of your hands, wrists and club face. Using dumbbells and training in slow motion is a great way to master a square club face through every part of the swing. It’s important that front wrist stays flat and back wrists stays bent throughout your swing to help keep the club face square. If your club face is square, you can move at any speed, fast or slow on any shot and maintain total control of the accuracy of your ball flight.
