(12:15) 4 Movements | 2 Circuits

This is another great training to combine the movements of the body and details of the club shaft and face. Use your airplane arms build your backswing and also clap into impact. This is a great way to nail the alignments and support of your body throughout the swing. Add details of the club shaft and club face in the backswing and impact in the final two (2) movements for a full and complete training. This is a great one to continue to revisit when working on the precision and accuracy of your swing while also adding some speed and dynamics.
