One of the few three (3) circuit routines in our training, this is a great way to build all kinds of different motions into your swing. Also enjoy watching Brian apply these movements to hitting golf shots at the end of each movement. This is an extremely effective and in-depth training to combine several movements and alignments of the body with movements and alignments of the club.
