In one of our longer and more thorough trainings, Brian dives into details with the long rod and club face. Brian also hits balls throughout the training, applying each movement to a golf swing. Alignments of the body and the club face are both great to perfect and you get plenty of time to do it in this extended training. You can dramatically straighten out your club path using the long rod and your body more effectively. Combine this with a square club face throughout your swing and every shot you hit can be high, far and straight at your target.
