This training has a little bit of everything! Use the t-spine twists to perfect the movement of your body. It’s also a great way to eliminate slices (club over the top) and hooks (club underneath and flipped). Both of these misses can be avoided by moving your body properly on your downswing. Add the golf club to your motion after the t-spine twists to start to see how the club moves and swings in combination with the body. As a bonus, Brian also hits shots at the end of each movement, applying the training to his golf swing.
