Train with the best players of all-time as you wake up your body and engine of the swing with swiss ball movements. Add details of the club shaft and shaft plane to the top of your backswing, start of your downswing and to your finish. This is a great way to build the body dynamics while coordinating the hands, arms and club with a properly moving body. Better yet, do it all with the greatest players currently and of all-time as you start to move just like them in your training.
