This is another great combination of the body, hands and club training all in one. The lawnmower training is a great way to wake up different parts of the body that might have been over looked in other trainings. It’s a great way to add dynamics and athleticism to your swing. After this has been built in your body, add two movements with that club to help this training transition to your swing and course.
