Welcome to another speed focused routine! Wake up the rib cage and engine of your body with the initial 2 swiss ball moves. This is also a great way to work on the alignments of your body. In your speed swings, learn how to generate speed in your hands and arms in your first movement and then add the body movement to that hand speed speed in the last movement. This is a great training to unlock speed in several different parts of your swing and a great one to continue to revisit to work on speed and power.
