(11:22) 4 Movements | 1 Circuit

Master your moves through impact with this circuit! This is a great training to ingrain how all parts of your body move perfectly through impact. These four (4) movements build all different parts of the body. Build the legs/thighs and lower body in the first move. Feel how the spine and shoulders work through impact on the next movements. Finally, add the club to this and learn how to move all parts of the body in a complimentary way in perfect unison through impact. This will give you total control of the club path and club face through impact.
