Over & Under Rods

(2:43) Follow along with Amy as she shows you how to use two of our drills in one to help fix your slice. Swinging under a rod in your backswing and downswing while swinging over a rod after impact is a very effective way to quickly change the direction of your club path. Instead of hitting across the ball and slicing it, this will help you hit in-to-out on the ball and draw it. This is a great feedback station to replicate on the range during your practice to help eliminate your slice for good!
